Can I use the ticket included with my accommodation plan before check-in/after check-out?

Each ticket (summer: Bear Mountain admission ticket / winter: lift ticket) can be used from before check-in to after check-out.
If you wish to use the service before check-in, we will give you the ticket first at the hotel front desk.

All rooms at our hotel are Western-style rooms.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are unable to accommodate guests who would like a Japanese-style room as we do not have a Japanese-style room at our hotel.

Can I smoke in my room?
The entire hotel is non-smoking, so smoking is not allowed indoors.
Ashtrays are available as smoking areas next to the hotel's main entrance and in front of the north building entrance.
We ask that you please smoke there.
Is there an ATM in the hotel?
There are no ATMs in the hotel or resort area.
The nearest is a Shintoku bank, a post office, and a 7-Eleven in Shintoku. (About 15 minutes by car each)
Is there a place to eat other than the hotel restaurant?
Not in the resort area.
There are several restaurants, taverns, snacks, etc. in Shintoku Town (about 10~15 minutes by car)
* During the winter season (December ~ March), you can use the restaurant in the ski resort only for lunch.
Is there a microwave oven in the hotel?
Yes, we do.
It is located in the vending machine corner on the lobby floor of the Hotel South Building, so please feel free to use it.
Can I cook in my room?
No, you can't.
It is prohibited to bring cooking appliances other than those provided into the guest room. Please note that cooking in hotel rooms is strictly prohibited.
Is there room service?
Sorry, we don't have room service.
Do you have pajamas for children?
Only one size of 100cm yukata is available.
In addition, slippers are also available, so please contact the front desk if you wish.
Amenity (toothbrush) is for adults only.
Do you have a crib?
There is a baby bed (70cm x 120cm). (Limited number/Free)
There is also a bed guard for children who use existing beds. (Limited number / free)
We will prepare one for you in your room, so please apply in advance.
Is there a room where you can stay with your pet?
We are very sorry, but there are no rooms in our hotel where you can stay with your pet.
Do you have a coin laundry?
There are two washing machines and dryers each on the south building lobby floor and the north building 1st floor.
The washing machine is 200 yen, the dryer is 100 yen, and the detergent (80 yen) is sold at the store.
How do I get from the hotel to the ski resort?
Please use the free shuttle bus that runs from the hotel to the ski resort (it runs once every 30 minutes to an hour).
You can also ski to the ski resort by using the ``1st high-speed lift'' in front of the hotel (operating hours 8:45-16:00).
*Shuttle buses do not operate during the summer season. For guests using Bear Mountain while staying at a hotel:
Please use your own vehicle. If you are not coming by your own car, please contact the hotel at least one day in advance so we can arrange transportation.
Can I rent a car?
We have a rental car called ``Uqey'' available in the hotel parking lot.
