About the commercial lift ticket system
Starting from the 2025-2026 season, Sahoro Resort Ski Resort will require companies, organizations, and individuals who conduct commercial activities such as lessons within the ski resort to obtain prior approval.
The purpose of this program is to maintain a high level of safety, service and professionalism for our customers, and to improve the overall quality of their experience.
In addition, we aim to create a cooperative environment between Sahoro Resort Ski Resort and those who register, and aim for mutual growth and success.
Participation in the Sahoro Resort Commercial Lift Ticket System and commercial activities are permitted on the condition that you comply with all Sahoro Resort Ski Resort rules and agree to the contents stated in the contract, and conducting commercial activities without permission is strictly prohibited.
About commercial activities
Commercial activities are services provided for a fee, such as snow sports lessons, guiding, photography guides, and event hosting at Sahoro Resort Ski Resort, regardless of whether there is monetary compensation.
All companies, organizations, and individuals conducting commercial activities must apply for "commercial registration" in advance and obtain permission from Sahoro Resort Ski Resort.
Once your commercial registration is complete, you can purchase a "commercial lift ticket."
Instructors and guides who carry out commercial activities within the Sahoro Resort Ski Resort must be sure to display the designated "Official Partner Patch" in their ticket holder when using the facility.
In addition, when using the lifts and gondolas within the Sahoro Resort Ski Resort, instructors and guides must always use a "commercial lift ticket."
Please use the "Fuft Ticket".
Lift tickets used by general customers (KWP, 1-day tickets, 4-hour tickets, etc.) cannot be used. please note.
However, the following cases are not considered commercial activities and do not require commercial registration.
1.If an SIA-accredited school, SAJ-accredited school, or international snow sports organization obtains permission from the Company in advance to conduct classes, training, exams, etc.
2. If permission has been obtained in advance to provide training or guidance as a volunteer activity to local schools, youth groups, etc., activities primarily aimed at the development of young people.
3.When permission is given in advance at Sahoro Resort Ski Resort's sole discretion.
Conditions of commercial registration
For commercial registration and commercial activities, the following requirements must be met.
If Sahoro Resort Ski Resort determines that these requirements are not met, commercial registration will be refused.
In addition, previously purchased lift tickets will be immediately suspended and no refunds will be made.

1.Follow the instructions of Sahoro Resort Ski Resort staff.
2. Always comply with Japanese laws and regulations in accordance with the rules established by Sahoro Resort Ski Resort.
3. Under no circumstances will you engage in any commercial activities such as solicitation to customers visiting Sahoro Resort Ski Resort.
4.Have third party liability insurance. (The amount of compensation for one accident must be 200 million yen or more)
5. You agree that commercial registration fees, related fees, and purchased commercial lift tickets will not be exchanged or refunded under any circumstances.
6. All instructors and guides must possess one of the following valid licenses:
A)国際インストラクターライセンスISIA公認レベル1以上
B) SAJ or JSBA level 1 or higher
C) SIA stage 1 or above
7. All staff have legal work permission in Japan.
8. All instructors and guides must wear uniforms at all times.
9. All instructors and guides must always carry the official patch lent to them by Sahoro Resort Ski Resort, and display it promptly when asked to show it.
10. All persons conducting commercial activities at Sahoro Resort Ski Resort must purchase designated commercial lift tickets.
2025-26 season commercial registration related fees
Commercial registration is required before starting commercial activities at Sahoro Resort Ski Resort. Registration is completed once the application for commercial activity has been approved and the payment of the commercial registration fee has been received.

*1 Even within the validity period, other ski resort facilities such as lifts, gondolas and ski centers cannot be used on holidays.

Official partner patch
At the Sahoro Resort Ski Resort ticket office, we will rent out items for the number of instructors who will be holding lessons on the day.
Please remember to return your ticket to the ticket office when you leave.
Also, please be sure to show the loaned patch immediately when requested.
■Prohibited matters
If it is determined that you have engaged in any of the prohibited acts set forth below, your commercial registration may be canceled, your lift ticket may be suspended, and you may be prohibited from entering the Sahoro Resort Ski Resort thereafter.
1. Sales activities such as on-site solicitation, touts, and sales promotion for visitors to Sahoro Resort Ski Resort. (Including oral proposals, bulletin boards, distribution of flyers, etc.)
2. Sales activities for travel agencies, etc. related to lessons and guides at Sahoro Resort Ski Resort.
3. Park in the parking lot reserved for K Winter Pass members.
4.Meeting with customers at the meeting place of Tokachi Sahoros Snow School or the area used by staff of Sahoros Resort Ski Resort.
5.Acts of entering restricted areas designated by Sahoro Resort Ski Resort.
6. Entering roped areas.
7. Acts that violate the rules stated in these regulations, or acts that damage the interests of our company and official partners, or interfere with business operations.
8. Acts that are dangerous or have a negative impact on the users of Sahoro Resort Ski Resort.
9. Act of using lift priority lanes set for other specified organizations or events without permission.
■Regarding confirmation of registered instructor/guide
At Sahoro Resort Ski Resort, we may check the lift tickets and official partner patches held by all companies, organizations, and individuals to ensure that they comply with the regulations of the Sahoro Resort Ski Resort Commercial Lift Ticket System.
We will check on those who engage in commercial activities that deviate from the Sahoro Resort Ski Resort commercial lift ticket system, or those who are suspected of doing so, and ensure that the rules are being complied with.
If we find a person suspected of conducting commercial activities without permission, we will request the following actions:
1. Promptly present the Sahoro Resort Ski Resort commercial lift ticket and official partner patch.
2. Clear proof that there is no violation of the terms and conditions of the Sahoro Resort Ski Resort Commercial Lift Ticket System.
3. Sahoro Resort Ski Resort has the right to suspend or cancel lift tickets and commercial lift tickets at its sole discretion, even if the conduct is not specified in these Terms, if Sahoro Resort Ski Resort determines that such conduct has a negative impact on Sahoro Resort Ski Resort, guests, staff, or official partners, disrupts discipline, or is contrary to the best interests of Sahoro Resort Ski Resort. This includes, but is not limited to, actions that may impair the safety and smooth operation of our ski resort.
4. Companies or individuals whose commercial registration has been canceled cannot register for the Sahoro Resort Ski Resort commercial lift ticket system for the following season.
5. Sahoro Resort Ski Resort reserves the right to modify or change the contents of the commercial lift ticket system without prior notice.
