If Sahoro Ondra is stopped for 3 hours or more due to bad weather etc., the next time you bring the purchased 4-hour ticket or 1-day ticket,
This service allows you to purchase lift tickets (4-hour tickets or 1-day tickets) at half price.

★ If the gondola is suspended for 3 hours or more in total, the next time you bring a 4-hour ticket or a 1-day ticket for that day,

4-hour and 1-day passes are half price on your next purchase!

* The 4-hour ticket will be operated during the available hours.
* Half price for both 1-day and 4-hour tickets.
　Limited-time rates are not eligible for Gomenne Service.
*Even if you purchase a lunch pack or empty-handed pack, only the lift ticket will be eligible.
Please note that if you use Gomenne Service, there will be an additional charge for lunch rental.
* You cannot use the sorry service again with the ticket purchased with the sorry service.

*Gomenne service can only be used within the same season (scheduled until April 5, 2026).
