If Sahoro Ondra is stopped for 3 hours or more due to bad weather etc., the next time you bring the purchased 4-hour ticket or 1-day ticket,
リフト券（4時間券または1日券）を半額で購入できるサービスです。

★ If the gondola is suspended for 3 hours or more in total, the next time you bring a 4-hour ticket or a 1-day ticket for that day,

次回購入時、4時間券・1日券が　→　半額に！

* The 4-hour ticket will be operated during the available hours.
* Half price for both 1-day and 4-hour tickets.
　期間限定料金はごめんねサービスの対象外となります。
※ランチパック・手ぶらパックご購入の場合でも、対象となるのはリフト券のみとなります。
　ごめんねサービスの場合はランチ・レンタルは別途料金がかかりますので予めご了承ください。
* You cannot use the sorry service again with the ticket purchased with the sorry service.

※ごめんねサービスをご利用いただけるのは、同一シーズン内となります（2026年4月5日迄の予定）。
